Deliveries & Exchanges Policy
In making your purchases, we ask that you familiarize yourselves with the rules below relating to Private Orders.
- 1. Logistics
- a. A courier charge of R138.00 Inc VAT will be charged on all purchases regardless of the delivery address or quantity of garments.
- b. All deliveries will be made to the FNB branch Please note that if any of the 3 exchange criteria listed below are not met, the garment will have to be collected by the orderer at their own cost.
- 2. Exchanges
- a. No exchanges will be permitted for size
- b. Exchanges will be permitted in the following instances:
- i. The incorrect garment was delivered
- ii. The garment was damaged
- iii. The incorrect size was delivered
- 3. Returns
- No returns will be accepted for a refund once the order has been paid for
- 4. Cancellations
- No cancellations will be permitted once the order has been paid for
