Welcome to Cortex Chic for Private Orders.
We hope that you are enjoying the new FNB range and look forward to providing you with more awesome garments In making your purchases, we ask that you familiarize yourselves with the rules below relating to Private Orders.

1. Delivery Costs

a. A courier charge of R138.00 Inc VAT will be charged on all purchases regardless of the delivery address or quantity of garments.
b. All deliveries will be made to the FNB branch Please note that if any of the 3 exchange criteria listed below are not met, the garment will have to be collected by the orderer at their own cost.

2. Exchanges

a. No exchanges will be permitted for size
b. Exchanges will be permitted in the following instances:

i. The incorrect garment was delivered
ii. The garment was damaged
iii. The incorrect size was delivered

3. Returns

No returns will be accepted for a refund once the order has been paid for

4. Cancellations

No cancellations will be permitted once the order has been paid for
